Nude Hobbits Are Kinda Like Shota
This summer could become a real eye-opener with nudists legally allowed to strut their stuff on Wellington beaches, including the golden sands of Oriental Bay.
Wellington City Council spokesman Richard MacLean said the council had "quietly got rid of" an old bylaw that required beach-goers over the age of eight to wear swimming togs or clothes.
"There is a bit of topless sunbathing on Oriental Bay Beach but generally people tend to keep their swimming kit on when on busy beaches.
"So the old bylaw was of no use and was not enforced by council staff. We don't have apparel enforcement officers."
The move means the council has no bylaws on its books that expressly prohibit nudity - not just on beaches but anywhere in the city.
Mr MacLean said if nudists behaviour was lewd or offensive, the council would then turn to police for enforcement.
The council has recognised the status of an unofficial nude beach at Breaker Bay, near Seatoun, for years. "Nudists have to walk about 10 minutes [from the road] through soft sand before they get to the nude zone," Mr MacLean said.
The council's governance portfolio leader, Deputy Mayor Ian McKinnon, does not expect the lack of nudity rules to lead to beaches being crowded with naked sun lovers.
"People do not expect to see that on our beaches and I think people will respect that. And there is nothing like a good southerly to make people put on a bit of clothing."Labels: court drama, nakedness, that place they filmed Lord of the Rings

I grabbed what I wanted, kinda.
I went to Heretic with the intention of selling my XY Magazines perhaps as consignment back in the leather shop. I find out they're having a yard sale in two weeks, so I'll just save them until then.
So while I didn't get that done, I did get something else accomplished I'd been wanting. I got laid.
He's a latino guy I've talked with before, though I couldn't remember his name. It happens to all of us. The mood must have struck us because before long we were making out in the Sanctuary. Bartender Mac started picking me, and I flicked him off playfully while kissing.
I got to the guy's house. He's older, not sure how old. And I'm sure some would probably think I lowered my standards to get this done, but I don't think so. He had a lean body and really boyish ass that I couldn't deny.
But as seme as I played it (and I actually played pretty rough) he just wouldn't allow PIXIE to do the damn thing. Rebuffed, I did allow myself to be uke'd. It was kind of a one-sided affair in that other than the deep dicking (okay, not so deep, but considering how rare I'm uke...) he was mostly only accomplished in making out and looking sexy laying on the bed in the nude while asleep.
In the morning, I give the seme attempt one more try but was denied again. A bit annoyed, I decide I want to leave upsetting him. But it got smoothed over pretty much on the way back to Heretic and my car. I let him know that what happened was rare and appreciated. I thanked him, kissed him, and went home.
I'm sure we'll see each other again since we're both kind of regulars of the nightclub. But I'm not sure if we'll do it again or anything. We didn't exchange numbers. I did tell him he can grab me if I'm not engaged with something whenever he sees me. So we'll see. I'm not sure I'd want a relationship with him, but a regular sexing up would be kind of nice I think.
In unrelated news: WETbar tonight is having their final party. The place is closing its doors, being turned over to their new owner, and will be reopened as a straight club. Fucking breeders.Labels: clubbing, Heretic, nakedness, personal, sex, WETbar

Judge throws out saggy shorts case.
RIVIERA BEACH, Florida — A judge says Riviera Beach's "saggy pants" law is unconstitutional in the case of a 17-year-old who spent a night in jail for having his underwear showing.
And a public defender said her office wants to get the law tossed altogether.
Julius Hart was charged Wednesday when an officer spotted him riding his bicycle in the 2800 block of Lakeshore Drive with 4 to 5 inches of blue and black boxer shorts sticking out of his black pants.
A first offense carries a $150 fine or a requirement of community service; only habitual offenders face the possibility of jail time.
But, a report said, the charge against Hart meant a violation of his probation on a marijuana possession charge, so he went to jail.
"Somebody help me," Palm Beach Circuit Judge Paul Moyle said.
"We're not talking about exposure of buttocks. No! We're talking about someone who has on pants whose underwear are apparently visible to a police officer who then makes an arrest and the basis is he's then held overnight, no bond. No bond!" the judge exclaimed.
"Your honor, we now have the fashion police," public defender Carol Bickerstaff said. "Our office really does intend to appeal this ordinance, which we believe is totally unconstitutional."
Moyle ruled the law unconstitutional "based on the limited facts of this case." Instead of issuing bail, the judge released Hart on his own recognizance.
Asked how this will affect the law overall, Riviera Beach's city attorney deferred to the police legal counsel and the mayor, Bishop Thomas Masters. Masters referred calls to city spokeswoman Rose Anne Brown, who said the city hadn't yet seen the ruling and couldn't comment.
Technically, the charge is not yet dropped; a new arraignment is set for Oct. 5.
"The first time I saw this particular fashion, I disliked it, and then I realized I'm getting old," Bickerstaff told the judge.
"You can have Speedo underwear, which is way less than boxer shorts, and that is perfectly legal, but boxer shorts, with pants over them, is not?" Moyle asked.
Bickerstaff quipped, "It's like a Monty Python skit."
City voters had approved the law in March by a 72 percent tally, after Masters lobbied heavily for it, helping collect 4,769 signatures to put the measure on the ballot.
The saggy pants fad surfaced in jail, when juvenile offenders wore overly large prison garb that sagged, exposing their underwear. It later became a fashion statement among rappers and remains popular in urban communities across the country.Labels: court drama, Florida, nakedness, youth news

Finally, Elf.
After at least a month of not seeing Elf at all, and maybe up to three months without seeing him privately just us two, I finally got the chance last night. It was very nice and a welcome return to something that always gave me a great deal of happiness.
His hair is shorter. Much shorter. Only just a bit past ear-length. When not straight-ironed, he looks much like a Wild Child or something. I like it quite a bit. Of course, I do wonder why he cut it since there is no mistaking him for a boy at this point. Hmmm.
We watched several shorts and one movie. The shorts were little horror bits from Stephen King, Romero, and the guy who created Beetlejuice. They all pretty much sucked which was the point of our watching them.
Also in the mix was a Canadian instructional video about the dangers of your colon. Oh very deliciously disgusting and truly inspired badness.
Finally, the original I Am Legend was watched in a movie called The World, The Flesh, and The Devil. I'm sure it was wonderful at the time, but of course, now just turns out to be in need of a good editor and a more interesting ending.
As for my evening with Elf. It couldn't have been any better really. We ate, we laughed, and I gave him a Ibiza rave worthy back rubs. Yes. Elf's body is still completely crave-able.
But don't worry, long time fans of my site. I took all of this as a refresher in my heart, soul, and mind, rather than an excuse to spiral into further depths of dispair, depression, and all of that.Labels: Elf, movies, nakedness, personal

*takes off shirt*
EASTON, Md. — For only the third time in five years, Easton police have ticketed someone for going topless in public. Sean Cephus, 18, was cited June 4 when police say he was spotted without a shirt on South Street near Hanson Street. He was also cited for failing to obey a lawful order to stop for police.
A town ordinance adopted in 1974 forbids anyone from going topless in public buildings or on public streets and sidewalks. Possible penalties are a fine of up to $100 and up to 10 days in jail.
Easton Police Lt. Gregory Wright said people without shirts are considered a public nuisance. He said three citations have been issued since 2003.Labels: boys, crime drama, nakedness

Australia finds problems with child nude art exibition.
CHILDREN who posed naked for a controversial art exhibition will be interviewed today by police investigating whether a prominent photographer and Sydney art gallery breached child pornography laws.
Police last night raided the Roslyn Oxley9 Gallery in Paddington, in Sydney's eastern suburbs, just hours before the opening of the exhibition by photographer Bill Henson.
The exhibition shows photographs of naked children as young as 12 in a variety of poses - some of which may have been taken up to a decade ago. Henson has said none of the children featured is a professional model.
He has defended his work as seeking to explore "something which is absolutely inviolate and unknowable". He has told The Australian: "You can't control the way individuals respond to the work."
Political leaders and child safety campaigners have responded with anger. Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has said the images are "revolting" and have no artistic value.
"Kids deserve to have the innocence of their childhood protected," he has said on Channel 9. "Whatever the artistic view of the merits of that sort of stuff - frankly I don't think there are any - just allow kids to be kids."
Henson has been called one of the "leading contemporary artists" by the Art Gallery of NSW and the Roslyn Oxley9 gallery's manager Amanda Rowell has called him a "master". She has said the reaction to this exhibition has been blown out of proportion.
"It has never been like this before. This is no different to any other exhibition he's had and he's had many exhibitions here," she said. "He's a master, there's no one in the world like him."
But his use of pre-teen nudity has been written off as little more than a fetish for child porn. "He has a tendency to depict children naked and that is porn," said Hetty Johnston of child protection group Bravehearts.
NSW Premier Morris Iemma has said the images are "offensive and disgusting". "I don't understand why parents would agree to allow their kids to be photographed like this," he said.
Sydney's The Daily Telegraph understands that a squad of police spent several hours yesterday examining the photographs of boys and girls believed to be about 12 years of age. Detectives from the Child Exploitation Internet Unit were also called in to investigate the contents of the gallery's website.
The web page displayed all 41 of the naked images, but they have now been taken down and a spokesman from the Australian Communication and Media Authority said the web link was being investigated.
Detectives interviewed gallery owners Roslyn and Tony Oxley and Henson over the content of the exhibition. It is believed the models will be spoken to today.
While the models are apparently Australian, the website appears to have been sourced from another country, making it hard for Australian authorities to act.
The Daily Telegraph has reported that the exhibition was never classified officially, as art is considered exempt. Ms Johnston has said that art should be classified.
Henson revealed the pictures were taken in his Melbourne studio and that the children were not professional models. He recently explained his obsession with the naked form in an interview for the industry magazine Art World.
"These portraits are much more connected to the suburban dimension of my work. Right down to the skanky fingernail polish she's wearing," he said.
"But I think the more you look at her the more she draws back. There's an incredible sense of displacement. The models seem to get in a trance. And the slower their movements are, the more interesting they become."
Many of the pictures do not work anymore, but to get an idea of what the exibition was like you can click here.

Inmates and Wardens Gone Wild!
ARAPAHO, Okla. (AP) - Authorities have charged a western Oklahoma sheriff with coercing and bribing female inmates so he could use them in a sex-slave operation run out of his jail.
Custer County Sheriff Mike Burgess resigned Wednesday just as state prosecutors filed 35 felony charges against him, including 14 counts of second-degree rape, seven counts of forcible oral sodomy and five counts of bribery by a public official.
Burgess, the top officer in the county of 26,000 since 1994, appeared in court Wednesday was released after posting $50,000 bail.
A message left at Burgess' home Thursday was not immediately returned.
Among other things, Burgess is accused of having sex with a female drug court participant who was in his custody. The crimes are to have occurred between October 2005 and April 2007.
A federal lawsuit filed in October claims Burgess told one drug court participant he would have her sent to prison if she didn't comply with his sexual demands.
The lawsuit, filed by 12 former inmates, alleges the sheriff's employees had them engage in wet T-shirt contests and offered cigarettes to those who would flash their breasts.
One prisoner alleged she became a jail trusty with more freedom after agreeing to perform a sex act on Burgess, but lost that status when she later refused.
Burgess also faces two counts each of sexual battery, rape by instrumentation and subornation of perjury, and one count each of engaging in a pattern of criminal offenses, indecent exposure and kidnapping.
He could be sentenced to 467 years in prison if convicted on all counts, special prosecutor James Boring said, though a lesser sentence would be more likely.Labels: crime drama, nakedness, sex, women

Weekends of Reruns
Last weekend, it was Sherwin. A boy who was one of the last ones I've dated locally. He came on kinda strong but didn't seem to want to take it any further. And he ignored my calls this past week to see if we could get together. After all, if we're both lonesome, and we know what we're good at... It's too bad he seems to have been playing Useless Ukes Games™.
This weekend, it was Ashley. Well, okay, no he didn't come on strong and we didn't do anything! But seeing my most important ex always has the ability to made me either quite delighted or absolutely miserable depending really on how I'm feeling at the time.
Oh, and there was also Raver J. Well he IS always the hottest thing ever. And quite easily accessible a majority of the time. Just as long as he hasn't got his glowing lights set on someone else before you get a chance. We had a very good time Friday night and I was reminded that I *DO* know what I'm doing with a boy when I finally get around to it.
So that's how things have been going there.
The writer's strike may be over in Hollywood, but I'm still seeing quite a few reruns if you know what I mean. Not that that is such a terrible thing. I mean if the boy is good, why not give it another look-see?Labels: boys, China, clubbing, Heretic, nakedness, personal, sex

I wonder if the Naked Cowboy M&M is plain or peanut?
NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York City street performer "The Naked Cowboy" is suing Mars Inc. for $6 million over the use of his trademark look -- white underwear, cowboy boots and a hat -- by a blue M&M candy on a Times Square billboard.
For nearly a decade, Robert Burck has been a fixture in Times Square, where he strums a guitar on a street corner while dressed in his skimpy signature costume.
In a lawsuit filed this week in Manhattan federal court, Burck said that two oversized Times Square billboards that promote M&Ms used his look without compensating him.
The billboards feature a scantily clad blue M&M with a guitar alongside views of New York including street scenes and the Statue of Liberty.
Burck is suing privately held Mars Inc., which makes M&Ms, and Chute Gerdeman Inc., an Ohio agency that he said created the ad, for trademark infringement.
Neither company was immediately available for comment.
"Just like The Naked Cowboy does on a daily basis in Times Square, the M&M is not only dressed as "The Naked Cowboy," it is playing the Naked Cowboy's distinctive white guitar in the cartoon," the lawsuit said.
Mars and Chute Gerdeman "decided to exploit and trade upon The Naked Cowboy's well-recognized likeness without a license and without furnishing any compensation," the lawsuit said.
Burck has trademarked his signature look and has made several television and movie appearances in costume, including for a televised audition on the "American Idol" reality TV program, the lawsuit said.Labels: celebrity non news, court drama, food, music news, nakedness, new york city

Don't listen to him! Send them to me instead!
HONG KONG (Reuters) - Popular actor and singer Edison Chen apologized on Monday after images appearing to show the Hong Kong star partially nude in the company of several starlets leaked onto the Internet.
In a video statement Chen, 27, called the postings of the photographs "intentionally hurtful and malicious."
"I hereby use this opportunity to apologize to anyone who has been affected by this strange, strange ordeal," Chen said.
Police believe the images were copied from Chen's computer when it was serviced last year.
"If you ever downloaded any of these images, please do not forward them to anyone ... If you are still in possession of these images, I urge you to please destroy them immediately," a subdued-looking Chen added in the video.
The photographs, which appear to show Chen in bed with singer Gillian Chung, along with suggestive images of actress Cecilia Cheung, were recently posted online, sparking a media frenzy in the celebrity-mad former British colony.
Hong Kong police said some 1,300 private shots of celebrities had been stolen from a faulty personal computer.
"A person had taken his computer to be fixed, but during the maintenance period, someone used dishonest means to take some information from the computer and distributed this information indiscriminately to others," assistant police commissioner Wong Fook-chuen told reporters.
While the police gave no specific names, Hong Kong's Ming Pao newspaper reported the photographs belonged to Chen.
"A person in the shop found hidden inside (Chen's) computer, confidential nude pictures of naked female stars, which were then secretly copied," Ming Pao reported, quoting an anonymous source.
The computer shop was subsequently raided by police officers in a widening investigation across the territory, which has led to eight arrests for infringement of obscene material laws, and the seizure of over 1,000 explicit images, including four women whom were public figures, the police said.
Hong Kong's police commissioner, Tang King-shing, said the case was being treated seriously and warned the possession and distribution of such images might be illegal.Labels: China, nakedness, women

Update: Cops plan to drop charges against A+F manager

As first reported here.
City officials said Monday that they plan to drop obscenity charges filed against an Abercrombie & Fitch store manager at Lynnhaven Mall, where police confiscated two large posters of partially dressed models over the weekend.
The city attorney plans to recommend dropping the charges at that time. Deputy Police Chief Jim Cervera said the Abercrombie & Fitch posters would be returned to the store immediately.
Deputy City Attorney Mark Stiles said city officials decided Monday that the photos depicted nudity but did not fully violate the city code, which outlaws “obscene materials in a business that is open to juveniles.”
The city would have a difficult time proving in court that the posters appealed to prurient interests, were patently offensive to the prevailing standards of the adult community and had no serious artistic value, Stiles said.
Of the photo of the three men, Stiles said, “You might see that typical vision walking down the streets.”
Still, Stiles said, the officer had probable cause to issue a summons. The standards are higher when the case goes to court, he said.
“This was a tough case,” he said. “Abercrombie & Fitch’s advertising is designed to go right up to the line.”
Public attention to the incident had nothing to do with the decision to drop the charges, Cervera said.
Although police spokesman Adam Bernstein initially indicated that customer complaints prompted the officer’s action, he said Monday that he was unable to provide the number of complaints that police received. The officer, who works part time at Lynnhaven Mall in his police uniform to supplement the shopping center’s security, took spoken complaints and did not record them, Bernstein said.
That officer, identified by Bernstein only as Sgt. K. Reilly, had visited the store before Saturday and warned the manager to remove the images, leaving a copy of the city code and his business card. Bernstein said Reilly declined to comment further on the events.
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. officials pledged Monday to defend the company and Payne, who would face a fine of up to $2,000 and up to a year in jail if convicted on the charges. Thomas Lennox, a spokesman for the retailer, called the citation an “incredible overreaction by city officials” and said he knows of no other complaints nationwide about the promotion.
“These photos are tame,” said Lennox, based at the retailer’s headquarters in New Albany, Ohio.
Lynnhaven Mall officials said they received few, if any, comments about the Abercrombie & Fitch posters and had nothing to do with the Police Department’s action. “We had very little response from customers about this particular issue,” said John Westbrook, the mall’s general manager.
MacArthur Center officials said they have received no complaints about the posters in the downtown Norfolk store.
While shopping at Lynnhaven Mall on Monday, Terry Lewis said his daughter likes to visit Abercrombie & Fitch.
“I don’t think they should advertise like that because it’s the kind of message they send to the youth,” said Lewis, who lives in the Beach. “But they’re really selling sex.”
His friend, Itzel Vargas of Panama, said the Abercrombie & Fitch ads didn’t offend her.
“I don’t mind if they want to show naked guys because they show naked women everywhere,” said Vargas, pointing down the mall corridor to the Victoria’s Secret store. “What about the Victoria’s Secret commercials on television? That is much worse than the Abercrombie & Fitch ads.”
Nikki Hawickhorst, a senior at Kellam High School, said she considered the posters a bit risqué because of the partial nudity but that “there’s a lot of worse stuff out there.”
Abercrombie & Fitch has a penchant for raising eyebrows with its promotions. In 2003, it recalled its holiday catalog after a nationwide consumer backlash over sexually suggestive photos of scantily clad models.
“The Abercrombie & Fitch brand is provocative and undeniably sexy,” Lennox said, acknowledging some of the past reaction. “But this is ridiculous.”Labels: boys, crime drama, nakedness

A+F ad pulled, manager cited for obsenity.
Virgina Beach, VA -- Police, saying they were responding to citizen complaints, carted away two large promotional photographs from the Abercrombie & Fitch store in Lynnhaven Mall on Saturday and cited the manager on obscenity charges.
Adam Bernstein, a police spokesman, said the seizure and the issuance of the summons came only after store management had not heeded warnings to remove the images.
The citation was issued under City Code Section 22.31, Bernstein said, which makes it a crime to display "obscene materials in a business that is open to juveniles." He did not say what was being done with the pictures and when the manager, whose name was not released, is scheduled to appear in court.
The manager, reached by telephone, declined to comment on the incident Saturday, saying that he was conferring with and waiting for guidance from Abercrombie corporate officials.
The mural-like black-and-white photographs were taken from the store at midafternoon.
Bernstein confirmed that one depicts three shirtless young men from the back, walking through a field. The man in the lead appears to be about to pull up his jeans, which have slipped down enough to reveal his upper buttocks.
The same image is displayed on the Abercrombie Web site.
The other image is of a woman who is topless and whose "breast is displayed with her hand covering just the nipple portion," Bernstein said. "You could still pretty much see the rest of the breast."
The seizure was "prompted by several customer complaints, and the management of Abercrombie & Fitch was notified of those complaints," Bernstein said.
The company's corporate offices in New Albany, Ohio, were closed Saturday and no officials could be reached for comment.
Bernstein said the summons for a Class One misdemeanor was issued to the manager because there is no legal way to issue a summons to a corporate entity in such circumstances. The manager was not arrested but faces a fine of up to $2,000 and as much as a year in jail, if convicted.
Bernstein said that in a meeting last week with store management, the officer - who is assigned to routine patrol of the mall - said he understood it was a corporate decision as to what would be displayed in the stores. But he explained that that didn't exempt the local store from complying with the city code.
Bernstein said management was told specifically: "We want those advertising signs taken down."
When the officer returned to the store Saturday, Bernstein said, he found that the pictures were still in place.
Abercrombie & Fitch has earned a reputation for its risqué catalogues and promotional photography featuring scantily clothed models.
In 2003, the company halted publication of its 7-year-old A&F Quarterly catalog because of complaints about sexually suggestive photographs by award-winning photographer Bruce Weber.

Insuring that not just tray tables will be in the upright and locked position.
FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German nudists will be able to start their holidays early by stripping off on the plane if they take up a new offer from an eastern German travel firm.
Travel agency OssiUrlaub.de said it would start taking bookings from Friday for a trial nudist day trip from the eastern German town of Erfurt to the popular Baltic Sea resort of Usedom, planned for July 5 and costing 499 euros ($735).
"It's expensive, I know," managing director Enrico Hess told Reuters by phone. "It's because the plane's very small. There's no real reason why a flight in which one flies naked should be more expensive than any other."
The 55 passengers will have to remain clothed until they board, and dress before disembarking, said Hess. The crew will remain clothed throughout the flight for safety reasons.
"I wish I could say we thought of it ourselves but the idea came from a customer," Hess told Reuters by phone. "It's an unusual gap in the market."
Naturism, or "free body culture" (FKK) as it is known in Germany, was banned by the Nazis but blossomed again after the Second World War, particularly in eastern Germany.
"There are FKK hotels where you can go into the restaurants and shops naked, for example," Hess said. "For FKK fans -- not that I'm one of them -- it's nothing unusual."
"I don't want people to get the wrong idea. It's not that we're starting a swinger club in mid-air or something like that," he added. "We're a perfectly normal holiday company."Labels: Germany, nakedness

Nevermind it's 2008, but an ass isnt a sexual organ? ORLY?
WASHINGTON — The Federal Communications Commission has proposed a $1.4 million fine against 52 ABC Television Network stations over a 2003 broadcast of cop drama NYPD Blue.
The fine is for a scene where a boy surprises a woman as she prepares to take a shower. The scene depicted "multiple, close-up views" of the woman's "nude buttocks" according to an agency order issued late Friday.
ABC is owned by the Walt Disney Co. The fines were issued against 52 stations either owned by or affiliated with the network.
FCC's definition of indecent content requires that the broadcast "depicts or describes sexual or excretory activities" in a "patently offensive way" and is aired between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
The agency said the show was indecent because "it depicts sexual organs and excretory organs — specifically an adult woman's buttocks."
The agency rejected the network's argument that "the buttocks are not a sexual organ."Labels: controversial, government, nakedness, television

Fucking Furries!
BREMERTON, Wash. — A 25-year-old woman was arrested for investigation of second-degree assault for getting into an argument with her boyfriend over whether his dog should be in the bathroom while the couple were taking a shower together.
A police report said the man, 26, wanted his dog to join them in the bathroom, but the woman objected on Thursday night.
The woman told her boyfriend that if the dog doesn't stay out, she didn't want to be his girlfriend anymore. He replied that maybe his next girlfriend would appreciate the dog more, and called her a name.
The police report said the woman punched him in the face several times and the man dislocated his shoulder after the naked couple grappled. He told police his girlfriend threw a picture frame, which broke and cut him.
The woman was taken to the Kitsap County Jail in Port Orchard. Bail has been set at $50,000.Labels: animal news, bizzare news, nakedness

Penis pics prove problematic.
A surgeon faced a disciplinary hearing for snapping a photo of a patient's tattooed genitals during an operation and showing it around to other doctors.
Mayo Clinic Hospital administrators said Dr. Adam Hansen, chief resident of general surgery, admitted taking the photo with his cell phone on Dec. 11. The tattoo on strip club owner Sean Dubowik's penis reads: "Hot Rod."
Dubowik, who had undergone a gallbladder operation, said he learned of the photo Monday when the Mayo Clinic called.
"I got a strange call after my surgery from a doctor who said there was a problem. He said Hansen was on the phone and would explain," he said.
Dubowik, 27, said Hansen told him he took the picture while inserting a catheter into his penis. A member of the surgical staff made an anonymous call about the photo to The Arizona Republic on Monday.
"He told me he didn't want me to read about it in the newspaper first," Dubowik said.
Hansen wasn't available for comment earlier in the week, and in a statement posted Friday on the Mayo Clinic Hospital Web site, CEO Denis Cortese states Dr. Adam Hansen "is no longer practicing medicine at Mayo Clinic."
"Patient privacy is a serious matter, and photographing someone in this manner without a good reason is something we will investigate down to the last detail," said Dr. Joseph Sirven, education director for Mayo Clinic Arizona, the hospital's parent organization based in Scottsdale.
Dubowik said he got the tattoo on a bet and that "it was the most horrible thing I ever went though in my life."
He said he planned to contact an attorney.
"The longer I sit here the angrier I get," he said.Labels: bizzare news, health news, nakedness

BAWWWWWW!
PENSACOLA, Fla. — Joe Francis, founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" video empire, has engineered an ad campaign to call attention to his legal woes, which began in Panama City Beach in 2003 and now have him in a Nevada jail cell.
"Marketing is what I do best," Francis, 34, told The Associated Press in a telephone interview.
Francis, who makes at least $29 million a year from his videos of young women baring their breasts and in other sexually provocative situations, said he's now in a marketing fight for his freedom.
"I have been vilified," he said.
Francis said he's been treated like a terrorist and likens himself to an enemy combatant in legal filings. He says that's why he chose to feature a picture of himself taken during a 2004 White House visit — a campaign donor's perk — in a series of online advertisements running on newspaper Web sites from Pensacola to Tallahassee.
He has been in jail since April, when he was cited for contempt after yelling at attorneys during mediation in a federal lawsuit brought by women who were underage when his production company filmed them in 2003.
That lawsuit has since been settled, but Francis' bond was revoked on criminal charges related to the 2003 filming when he was charged with having contraband — $700 and prescription anti-anxiety medication — in the Bay County jail.
Federal officials then extradited him to Nevada to face tax evasion charges.
Francis could bond out of jail on the federal charges, but would face extradition back to Florida to face trial on four felony charges related to using minors in a sexual performances and two misdemeanor prostitution charges. The charges are all that remain in an original 73-count indictment in the 2003 "spring break" filming.
He would rather stay in jail in Nevada than return to Florida.
In a 62-page prosecutorial misconduct motion filed Tuesday by his Miami attorney, Roy Black, Francis asks that his case be dismissed and alleges Bay County officials have a vendetta against him dating to 2003 when he successfully sued Panama City Beach for First Amendment violations after the city threatened to ban him from filming spring break.
Joe Grammer, a spokesman for State Attorney Steve Meadows, said Tuesday afternoon that he and Meadows were still reading the motion.Labels: court drama, nakedness, sex, women

Bras not leathal weapons? So soon we forget Madonna's cone bra.
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — Security guards refused to allow a woman into a federal courthouse until she removed a bra that triggered a metal detector.
Lori Plato said she and her husband, Owen Plato, were stunned when U.S. Marshals Service employees asked her to remove her bra after the underwire supports set off the alarm.
"I asked if I could go into the bathroom because they didn't have a privacy screen and no women security officers were available," Plato said Wednesday. "They said, 'No.'
"I wasn't carrying a shank in my bra. If it's so dangerous, why did they give it back and let me put it on?"
